Materials purchased through foodsafetysolutions.in can be cancelled only before the product dispatches from the Company office. Once product dispatched from the office, the product cannot cancel or accept returns or provide refunds on these products.

If you receive a product with production defect (missing pages, torn corners, DVDs not working etc, we will provide a replacement copy. Please send an e-mail to info@foodsafetysolutions.in mentioning your order number and the defect you found.
