About the Director
Mr. Paul Binu, Founder & Chairman
Binu has held various positions in the catering industry since 1998 after completing his studies. He has always believed in utilizing his experience and skills towards bringing a positive change in the society.

He completed his bachelor's degree in 'Hotel and Catering Management' in India and went on to pursue a certified course on 'The Management of Food Hygiene' from Ireland. He added further value to his achievements by completing courses of 'Crowd Management' and 'Chefs Culinary Training Programme' from USA.

Binu started his career with Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, India. He then moved on to Florida, USA with Carnival Cruise Lines. He was chosen to work as an executive chef in Howard Johnson hotel in Ontario Canada and became Executive Chef in Trents Wind International Centre in Ontario Canada.

His 15 years of experience in training students, handling food safety equipment’s, managing staff and maintaining quality, hygiene as well as the finances has helped him empower students. He has used his skills and knowledge to advance the cause of food safety through productive trainings and certifications.

Binu completely affirms the thought "A healthy meal prepared with hygiene and quality benefits human health and brings about a huge reduction in diseases". He does every bit to spread his belief in order to see the society in the pink of its health.

Viju is a social entrepreneur, A firm believer in social upliftment through education.

Born in India, Viju has lived and worked in Singapore, Canada & USA. A born marketing professional, his career spans many industry verticals like banking, office automation, Software, Transportation & Government. He led software project teams & has been instrumental in completion of various projects.

Viju is committed to carry forward the vision set by Binu to make Education & Knowledge available to everyone about Food Safety.
