About the Director
Mr. Paul Binu, the director of Food Safety Solutions, has maintained a challenging position in the catering industry since 1998 when he finished his studies. This visionary has always believed in utilizing his experience and skills towards bringing a positive change in the society. For him, learning and acquiring new skills is a process that should go on in a person's life for enhanced productivity.

He completed his bachelor's degree in 'Hotel and Catering Management' in India and went on to pursue a certified course on 'The Management of Food Hygiene' from Ireland. He added further value to his achievements by completing courses of 'Crowd Management' and 'Chefs Culinary Training Programme' from USA.

Mr. Paul started his career with Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, India. He then moved on to Florida, USA where he was offered to work as a Galley supervisor with Carnival Cruise Lines. He soared in his career and he was chosen to work as an executive chef in Howard Johnson hotel in Ontario Canada. He was further offered the job of an Executive Chef in Trents Wind International Centre in Ontario Canada. Offers kept pouring in and he went on to become a catering officer at a hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

His 13 years of experience in training the students, handling food safety equipments, managing the staff and events and maintaining quality, hygiene as well as the finances has helped him empower innumerable students. He has rightfully used his skills and knowledge to advance the cause of food safety through productive trainings and certifications.

Mr. Paul completely affirms the thought “A healthy meal prepared with hygiene and quality maintenance benefits human health and brings about a huge reduction in diseases”. He does every bit to spread his belief in order to see the society blooming in the pink of its health.
